jogging~~

I am a person that LOVE to think bout stuff when i have nothing better to do. I do use my brain when i went for jogging session too.

WHen i jogged, i don't stop for rest throughout the whole journey, instead, i tried to run as long as possible. I am actually a kinda lazy person which have no motivation to even start jogging, but as long as i changed to shorts n t-shirt, i'll just go for e normal jog. WHen i'm jogging, i kept telling myself to NOT stop, n to imagine the distance i've covered. After i've finish imagine that, i'll be ahead by alot again. THis process repeats itself. When my mind got tired of that "brain-washing", i'm left with, singing along with e songs on the "Perfect 10" (singapore's english radio station). It's always great when i finally finish one 30 to 35 minutes of run n climbing of stairs. Boy am i glad i don't live on the 10th storey, or something like that. Hehe.

I associated life with jogging. Life is just like jogging. A distance u've covered, meant the years u've spent. There's breathless moments, but then, when u slow down ya pace for a bit, u'll recover a bit, n somehow, the jog seems much smoother, n less breathless. I dare not stop as i jog, as once i stopped, i'll lose all my energy to go on. Instead of stopping, y not try slowing down abit to think through the journey that's left. It slows u down a bit for a FURTHER distance that u're going to travel. When i jogged towards the end, instead of just heading for home, i continued jogging when i feel that i still could go on. Somehow, after slowing down a bit, i found that i could go on for a longer distance, so i happily jogged a few more rounds on the track. Road got tougher when i headed back home. I got no more stamina, n i still have to go through "the-climbing-of-staircase". It's hard, but i'm determine to jog up, since i've gone through most of my journey. Finally, it's cooling down. It meant the time to retire, n to be satisfied for the minutes i've spent on jogging.

Isn't life like jogging? Jogging is great for health~!! Keep fit for life! hee~.
