This is kinda some additional stuff to my previous entry. Independent also meant supporting oneself. I don't want to rely on parents anymore.

For now, i pay for my OWN driving lessons. I intended to pay for 1 of my handphone bill, n in future, which is only months away, i wanted to pay for my own sch fees n allowance. I don't want my parents to worry bout money matters for me. They already don't have enough to pay for house bills, all e more i should not get money from them for my own education.

My family is used to living in comfort. We live in a HDB flat, but gladly enough, we got aircons n tvs in all the room. These accumulated to an electrical n water bill of $200 plus to $300 plus per month. Dad cant do without his small car, so, we still have to pay for e car. There's other bills like handphone bill n insurance to pay for every month. Dad is earning lesser than $1500 despite working very hard. He is e hirer of e taxi, so, if anything goes wrong with it, he has to take time to fix it, n this meant, lesser working hours. Mum is not earning much too. Her pay is less than a thousand. I don't want to give them more trouble now.

Currently, i am looking for a job in which i could work part time while i study. Part time don't mean working in weekends only. To me, it means working .. maybe everyday? after sch. I knew it's gonna be tough, but that's e best i could do to not add on to my parents burdens. Sharon is helping me now in getting a job at giordano. Wish i'll get that job.

Suddenly, i found myself maturing. I wish to live in hostel, n to pay for that myself. I don't have rich parent to pay for all my expenses. I am kinda worried to see dad working for LONG hrs until he gets e stroke again. His previous stroke uses up almost all of our savings. There's hardly any left. Imagine an adult having only $300 in his bank. That's really pathetic.

To end off, i wanted to say.. i got a NEW 21 inch tv~! Grandma paid for it as she said she wanted a smaller tv ( e one in my room ) so as to save on electricity since i got a BIG tv in my living room which uses more electricity. hee. Yippee for e tv~! Pray hard i'll get a job before school start. I wonder how much i have to pay in e first phrase. Sigh~~
